1. Who runs this

Original Sin Paintball ("we", "us") operates this website and its apps (Genesis, Verdict and Oracle). To contact us, email [email protected].

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone else.
• You can close your account yourself at any time, from Sign-in and security on your account page. You will no longer be able to sign in and your contact details are removed. Your player page, your number and your results stay as part of the scene record.

3. App access

A Genesis account is free. Access to Verdict and Oracle is granted separately, by licence or subscription, and may be limited, time-bound, or withdrawn. Having a Genesis account does not entitle you to the other apps.

4. Behaving yourself

When you post or communicate on the site, you agree not to:

• Post anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or misleading.
• Post other people's private information without permission.
• Spam, advertise, or disrupt the community.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Your information

How we handle what you give us is set out on the Privacy page. The short version is that we collect the least we can, we never sell it, and there is no tracking on this site.

6. Our content and data

The team, tournament, ranking and scene data on this site, along with the design, text, logos and software, are ours and are protected. You may view and use them for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Copy, scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the data or content.
• Republish, resell, or redistribute any part of it.
• Use automated tools to extract data from the site.

7. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it here, you give us permission to display and store it on the site. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

8. No guarantees

The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or always online, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
